Salary: Scale Point 4 - 6 £25,185 - £25,989 FTE (Estimated Actuals £18,458.04 - £19,047.26 + Crawley fringe allowance)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am 3.30pm

Responsibilities
We are looking for an innovative and inspirational Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one to one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher you will help develop appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.
