The School and Role
We are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Assistant to work in a friendly school in Stanley, DH9. Working as part of an established team, the Early Years Assistant will be supporting within the pre school room, including supporting children with SEND. The role is 3 days a week, 8:30 am - 3 pm, ideally Wednesday to Friday. A Level 3 qualification relating to Childcare / Early Years is essential. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.
Requirements
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
