Care Home Regional Trainer – Up to £40,000 per annum + 5k car allowanceWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Care Home Regional Trainer to join a well-established and supportive Home Management and Regional Team, helping to ensure our staff are fully trained and equipped to deliver outstanding nursing and care services.Our Essex and London region comprises 16 Nursing and Care Homes therefore travel across the portfolio would be required supported with two other Trainers.Excelcare is a family-owned Care Home group established for over 34 years. By joining us you will become one of the ‘family’ and in return for your dedication and hard work you can expect:Salary: up to £40,000 per annumCar Allowance: £5,000 – business mileage will be paidHours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to FridayThis is an onsite rolePurpose of the role:Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for implementing and embedding the company’s Quality Framework for learning and development across the region. You will ensure all team members receive regulatory, mandatory, and specialist training, while supporting and promoting continuous professional development across our workforce.About the Care Home Regional Trainer role:Deliver learning and development in line with the Quality Framework and key performance indicatorsProvide induction training and support completion of the Care CertificateEnsure all regulatory, mandatory, and specialist training is delivered and recorded via the Learning Management SystemSource and deliver training to support clinical, professional, and care practice developmentSupport career pathways and development programmes in collaboration with the Training teamMaintain up-to-date knowledge of CQC standards, legislation, and training requirementsMonitor, report, and analyse training needs and outcomes for the regionDeliver face-to-face training, including observational supervision to embed learning in practiceMaintain own training compliance and attend relevant meetings as requiredAbout you:Recognised trainer qualification such as PTLLS, AET, Teaching diploma/degree or aboveExperience of training delivery within a social care settingA qualification in Health & Social Care is desirableClear report writing and presenting complex data in a digestible format for a variety of audiencesCar owner and full driving licence to be able to travel across the servicesExperience of managing Training projects within a multi-site environmentPrevious experience of maintaining and using a Learning Management SystemExperience of observing and assessing skills and providing constructive feedbackIdentifying trends and themes – gaps and areas for development.Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organisational skills and an adaptable communication styleWhat you can expect in return:25 Days holiday plus bank holidaysFree parkingDBS Certificate paid for by ExcelcareContributory Pension SchemeDiscretionary Company Bonus SchemeAnnual Salary ReviewComprehensive Induction ProgramRefer a Friend Scheme rewarding up to £500 for every person you referTeam Appreciation DaysLong service awards Terms & Conditions applyIf you are interested in the position, please apply online today – we look forward to hearing from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
