We are seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer who will play a central role in the curriculum development and delivery. The postholder will contribute to strengthening collaboration between the two universities, while ensuring the quality, coherence, and effectiveness of the curriculum for the new (DVM) programme.
Reporting to the Programme Director of the LiverpoolAl Dhaid veterinary education partnership, the successful candidate will share responsibility for delivering a strategic collaboration between the University of Liverpool (UoL) and the University of Al Dhaid (UAD). This partnership supports the establishment of a new DVM programme at UAD, with the initial cohort having commenced the five-year programme in August 2025.
The role will require the successful candidate to spend designated periods of time based at the University of Al Dhaid as part of their duties.
Applicants must hold Membership of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) or be eligible for registration without the requirement to sit the membership examination. This position is offered as a fixed-term, one-year appointment to provide maternity leave cover.
