Salary: MPS - £32,916 to £45,352 / UPS - £47,472 to £51,048
We are looking for a Teacher of Music to join Cromwell Community College, bringing strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high quality teaching that enables every pupil to succeed. This role centres on planning and delivering engaging lessons, adapting teaching to meet diverse needs, and using assessment thoughtfully to support progress. As part of a collaborative Trust, the successful candidate will contribute to curriculum development, the wider life of the academy and a culture of high expectations, while building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families and playing a full part in a community that values growth, creativity and shared success.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well structured music lessons in line with curriculum expectations, setting high standards that motivate and challenge pupils
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, using assessment to inform teaching and support achievement
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, promoting positive progress and outcomes
- Contribute to the wider life, ethos and development of the academy, working collaboratively with colleagues
- Promote a safe, well managed learning environment and uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times
