Science Teacher (QTS) - SEN Focus
Location: South Manchester
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Start Date: September 2026
The Role
- Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Adapt practical and theoretical content for SEN learners.
- Support students with a range of needs including SEMH and learning difficulties.
- Work closely with the SENCo and wider support team.
- Encourage curiosity and participation in science.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS with a Science specialism.
- Has experience supporting SEN or inclusive classrooms.
- Is creative and flexible in lesson delivery.
- Maintains high expectations for all learners.
- Is a strong team player.
