The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS1
- Create and maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
- Adapt confidently to different school settings, routines, and expectations
- Access to day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply roles
- Work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Southport
Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have a Full Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
- Experience working across KS1 primary age ranges
- Strong and confident classroom management skills
- Flexible, reliable, and professional in approach
- Comfortable working in different schools and building positive relationships quickly
