The Role
The core focus of this position is to provide high-quality classroom cover across different key stages (EYFS, KS1, and KS2) on an ad hoc, daily, or short term basis. You will be responsible for delivering lessons planned by the class teacher, managing the classroom effectively, and ensuring continuity of learning for all pupils in their absence.

The Ideal Candidate
- Highly flexible, reliable, and professional individuals.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
- Possess outstanding classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Are adaptable and able to quickly establish rapport with new classes.
- Are committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre prepared lesson plans to pupils across the primary phase.
- Maintain positive behaviour and a safe learning environment.
- Ensure all school policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Provide a brief handover to the class teacher upon completion of the cover assignment.
