Cover Supervisor - Full time Long Term
These schools in Pontypridd are looking for a reliable Cover Supervisor with an immediate start. The successful Cover Supervisor will supervise classes across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with pre set work and maintain positive behaviour throughout lessons.
Qualifications
- Experience working with secondary school students
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confidence delivering pre planned lessons across a variety of subjects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- A proactive and adaptable attitude
