We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced KS2 teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering highly effective teaching and learning to our pupils, with particular focus on enhancing oracy and writing skills as part of our current whole school development priorities. They will lead a subject, including responsibility for the budget, and be involved in the whole school improvement plan.
Responsibilities
- Plan and teach engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback and support to ensure all pupils achieve their potential.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that celebrates diversity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, develop and implement curriculum initiatives and share good practice.
- Contribute to the school's commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the wider school community, including attending meetings and participating in school events.
