Overview

Full time General Cover Teaching Assistant position in East Midlands (Leicester). Immediate start, working 8:30am to 4pm, supporting pupils across multiple Key Stages with small group work, adaptive teaching strategies, behaviour support and SEND/emotional regulation needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or 6 months plus relevant experience
Experience supporting pupils across multiple Key Stages
Strong understanding of adaptive teaching and differentiated learning
Experience supporting pupils with SEND and behaviour regulation
Knowledge of Pre Key Stage assessment and intervention support
A proactive, flexible and 'can do' attitude
