Graduate Learning Mentor - SEMH School

Do you want to make a difference in young people's lives? We are seeking graduates to work as Learning Mentors in a specialist SEMH setting.

What You'll Be Doing

Mentoring students who may be disengaged from education
Supporting emotional wellbeing and resilience
Helping pupils access learning in a way that suits their needs
Assisting with personalised learning plans
Encouraging positive choices and behaviour
Working collaboratively with staff and external professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
