About the Role: The School of Architecture and Planning sits within the School of Engineering and the Built Environment which delivers successful undergraduate, post graduate and degree apprenticeship courses. This is an exciting time to join the School of Architecture and Planning, as we are already delivering an established, successful MSc Town Planning programme (RTPI accredited) and proposing to add further Strategic, Environmental and Digital Planning specialisms. We are seeking to strengthen the existing team by recruiting an experienced Planner to teach across postgraduate levels whilst improving the School’s ties with industrial partners.
Join our dynamic team at School of Architecture and Planning, as a Senior Lecture for our esteemed MSc in Town Planning programme. We are seeking a passionate educator to lead our students in exploring various subjects such as (use of graphic &/or spatial analysis tools, planning law and policy, planning practice, strategic planning, housing and/or transport) and will have a passion for exploring the intersection of research and practice in planning.
You will be an RTPI Chartered Planner and an experienced lecturer with a proven record of curriculum design and developing innovative teaching material.
