In this role, you will:
Inspire & Teach
- Deliver engaging practical and theory sessions in professional cookery and hospitality
- Support and mentor learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment
- Create a realistic industry environment that develops workplace-ready skills
Lead & Innovate
- Run and support professional kitchen operations, including service, events, and functions
- Design and deliver cost-effective, seasonal menus
- Embed strong customer service and front-of-house awareness into training
Shape Futures
- Help learners at all levels (Level 1–3 and apprenticeships) reach their full potential
- Develop employability skills and industry behaviours
- Build links with employers and create meaningful experiences for learners

What we’re looking for:
- Industry experience as a Chef or Hospitality professional
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Relevant vocational qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Strong communication, organisation, and a passion for developing others
- Understanding of both kitchen and front-of-house operations
