The Headteacher and Governors of Wednesbury Oak Academy are seeking to appoint an ambitious, inspirational leader who will be able to use both their understanding of how children learn, how staff can be supported to develop their own practice and move the school forward. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to be part of a team that is striving for excellence.
The successful candidate will be part of our drive for further improvement and join the school's leadership team of senior and middle leaders to become an integral part of the ongoing school improvement process. They will be involved in all aspects of the development of our school with a specific focus on developing teaching and learning within the EYFS, the school-based AP provision and across the whole school for Pupil Premium.
They must also be prepared to respond to the challenges of day to day school life, be innovative and creative in their teaching, and have a strong belief in teamwork.

Grade: Leadership Pay Range (L5-L9) £57,137 - £63,070 p.a.
