We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, trained in Read Write Inc, to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in South Leeds on a long-term basis.

The Role:
- Delivering Read Write Inc phonics sessions to small groups
- Supporting pupils with reading, writing, and early literacy development
- Working closely with class teachers to support learning across the classroom
- Providing targeted interventions to help pupils make strong progress
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience and training in Read Write Inc phonics
- Previous experience working within a primary school setting
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
