Qualifications required: NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience

Salary: £26,409 to Scale point 11 £28,142 per annum

Candidate Profile
- Can deliver high quality teaching and learning in EYFS
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment
- Can deliver specific support to raise the attainment of under-performing children and groups
- Can confidently cover a whole class on an occasional, short-term basis
- Can enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learning
- Is committed to high standards and able to assist in planning, preparation and delivery of lessons
- Can work independently to deliver, monitor and evaluate the success of interventions
- Can keep detailed notes on progress and attainment
- Is able to work effectively as part of a team
- Has excellent communication skills and is committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff
- Will be willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community
