The Role
As an ECT, you will:
- Deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum
- Work closely with experienced mentors and phase leaders to support your induction
- Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and school events
- Receive full ECT support in line with statutory induction requirements
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
- Has a passion for primary education and child centred learning
- Demonstrates strong communication and classroom management skills
- Is reflective, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionally
- Works well as part of a supportive and collaborative team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
