What the role looks like
- Cover lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Keep pupils engaged and focused
- Support schools with reliable classroom cover
- Work in welcoming primary settings
Preferred experience
- UK QTS or equivalent
- Experience across primary key stages
- Confident adapting lessons when needed
- Strong behaviour management
- Friendly and professional approach
