Your Role:
Support pupils one-to-one or in small groups, including SEN students
Assist teachers in delivering lesson content and strong behaviour management
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers and SENDCOs to meet individual learning and emotional needs
