Our client, a leading training provider within the education sector, is currently seeking a Health and Social Care Learning Coach - Level 3 to join their dynamic team in Newcastle. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality coaching to learners at their workplaces, guiding them through their apprenticeship standard requirements
- Utilising a range of coaching strategies to enable learners to achieve their qualifications
- Providing support and feedback to help learners progress in their careers
- Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and achievements
- Collaborating with employers to ensure learners receive comprehensive training and support
- Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and industry regulations
Job Requirements:
- Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification or above
- Extensive and relevant vocational experience in a Health and Social Care setting
- Experience in a senior care role
- Expertise in Dementia, Learning Disabilities, and Adult Health and Social Care settings
- Ability to work in high-demand environments, meeting targets and deadlines
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
- Experience in a work-based learning (WBL) or education environment
