Our welcoming and successful primary school in Colchester is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join our friendly team from June 2026.

The Role
As a Class Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Assessing, recording, and monitoring pupil progress
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
- Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Contributing to the wider life of the school community
- Promoting high standards in Education and training through excellent classroom practice

- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
