Your Role
This is a varied role combining recruitment, administration and compliance responsibilities. You will support learners and employers throughout the onboarding process while ensuring records and processes remain compliant with apprenticeship funding and awarding organisation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for apprenticeships and funded training programmes.Source, screen and onboard candidates effectively.Build and maintain recruitment pipelines with dental practices and learners.
Compliance & Administration
Maintain compliance with apprenticeship funding rules, DfE requirements and organisational standards.Maintain accurate learner and employer records.Liaise with internal teams, employers and training partners to ensure smooth delivery and reporting.Support MIS enrolments and apprenticeship agreementsComplete awarding body registrations Monitor employer compliance Support audit preparationManage learner absence reporting Signpost SEN applicants to SENCOMarketing and social media activity
About You
We’re looking for someone with:Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with employers, candidates and internal teams. Strong recruitment experience (agency, internal HR, or apprenticeship recruitment).Excellent administrative and organisational skills.A good understanding of compliance processes and data-driven administration.Knowledge of apprenticeship funding (or willingness to learn), particularly around funding rules and provider obligations.Experience in apprenticeships/education desirable but not essential.
