£172.98 per day

Are you a confident and enthusiastic secondary teacher looking for your next role? A friendly and inclusive secondary school in the RCT area is looking to welcome a committed teacher to their team on a full-time basis.
You'll be working with pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting both their academic progress and personal development in a positive classroom environment.

The Role:
As a Secondary Teacher, you'll be expected to:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting lessons where needed
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Support pupils of varying abilities, including those with additional learning needs
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
This role would suit someone who:
- Holds QTS (or is working towards it)
- Has experience teaching Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4
- Is confident in the classroom and passionate about education
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Is flexible and happy to travel to schools across the RCT area
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
Essential Requirements:
To be considered, you'll need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- EWC registration (Teacher category)
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
- Two recent references from education settings
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
