Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS, supporting and meeting the unique needs of each child in your care
- Work supportively and collaboratively with your team to create a caring, playful environment for every child
- Build warm, trusting relationships with families through kind, open communication
Requirements
- At least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
- Strong understanding of the EYFS
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
