The Role (What You'll Actually Be Doing)
You'll be a key part of creating incredible early years experiences and will be responsible for:
- Deliver engaging, hands on learning through EYFS
- Be a key person - supporting children's development and wellbeing
- Plan, observe, and track progress using Famly
- Support all children, including those with SEND
- Work closely with your team to create a positive environment
- Build strong relationships with parents
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and organisation

What We're Looking For
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
- You're great at creating engaging learning experiences
- You've got experience with EYFS and ideally Famly
- You're proactive, organised, and full of positive energy
- You enjoy working with children and being part of a team
- You can handle a fast paced, hands on environment
- You're fun
- You're reliable, hard working, and genuinely care
A Typical Day (Spoiler: No Two Are the Same)
