Class Teacher - Enhanced Provision for Pupils with Autism
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and enthusiastic class teacher to join our Autism Resource Base-a nurturing, high support environment for up to 10 pupils, all with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Qualifications and experience
- Experience of or a strong interest in working with children with Autism
- Nurturing, patient, and committed to inclusive practice
- Creative planning to meet a wide range of needs
- Experience using structured teaching approaches such as TEACCH, visual supports and sensory regulation strategies (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with children and families
- Belief in the potential of every child
