The Role
As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 in Maths lessons
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce key concepts
- Help students build confidence with numeracy and problem solving
- Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and SEMH
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and resource preparation
- Encourage a positive and resilient approach to learning Maths
You'll play a key role in helping students move from "I can't do this" to "I've got it".
