Are you a teacher who is passionate about making a difference? Are you someone who thrives working in a close knit, supportive, and hard working team? Do you enjoy the challenge of working in new and innovative ways? This could be the job for you.
We are looking to appoint a KS2 teacher from September 2026 to join the well established staff at Beswick and Watton Primary School. This is an opportunity for further career development in a small rural school but with the wider opportunities afforded from being part of the Wolds Federation. With excellent support from parents, wonderful children and colleagues this is a chance to be a part of something amazing. Set in beautiful grounds and within easy access of Beverley, Hull and Driffield, Beswick and Watton is somewhere really special to work.
This role would most be suitable for second year ECTs or more experienced teachers. A positive outlook on Christian values would be beneficial. Visits to the school are strongly recommended.
In this role you are required to speak English with sufficient fluency to effectively perform your duties, as required by Section 42 of the Immigration Act 2016.
In line with statutory guidance: Keeping Children Safe in Education (2025), an online search will be carried out on all shortlisted candidates. All staff must have an enhanced DBS check as Beswick & Watton CE Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
