Vision for Education are recruiting Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in specialist schools supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including ASC, SEMH, SLD and PMLD.

The Role
- Support pupils with additional needs in and out of the classroom
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
- Assist with behaviour, engagement and emotional support
- Help implement structured routines and learning activities
- Support students with a range of needs, including:
- Autism (ASC)
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
- Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
- Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
This is a hands on, varied role where no two days are the same.
