Overview
This role supports pupils at various key stages with one to one and small group assistance, behaviour management and engagement.
Location & Compensation
Yorkshire and Humber / Contract / £90 - £105 per day
Responsibilities
- Provide one to one and small group support to pupils with SEND, including ASD and SEMH.
- Help manage behaviour and promote engagement in the classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialist staff to support students' learning.
- Assist with classroom management and support inclusive practice.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working with children/young people with SEND, including ASD or SEMH.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Patient, adaptable approach to support individual needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
