How you'll make a difference as an Early Years Educator:- Offer exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS, supporting and meeting the unique needs of each child.
- Work supportively and collaboratively with your team to create a caring, playful environment for every child.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with families through kind, open communication.
What an Early Years Educator needs:- Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
- A strong understanding of EYFS.
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role, and safeguarding training is a fundamental part of every role. All colleagues are required to complete regular training to ensure they understand and fulfil their responsibilities.
