Grade 2
£24,796 - £26,824 FTE (actual salary £19,069 - £20,629 per annum)
Grade 3
£27,254 - £33,699 FTE (actual salary £20,960 - £25,916 per annum)
Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Assist pupils with learning, ensuring they reach their full potential
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support with preparation of resources and classroom management
- Contribute to pupil wellbeing and pastoral support
- The role will also include lunchtime supervision
Qualifications
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills are essential
- Be enthusiastic and enjoy working with children
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Be committed to supporting the learning and development of all pupils
- Have a relevant Level 3 qualification if applicable
