Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools Vision for Education

About the Role and Schools
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in to cover staff absence across a range of subjects, delivering pre-set work and ensuring continuity of learning for all pupils. You will work with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting learners of all abilities and backgrounds.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor (Secondary), you will need:
- A minimum of 6 weeks' experience working or volunteering with young people
- Experience supporting students aged 11-16
- A genuine desire to be part of a committed secondary education team
- A passion for education and the confidence to manage a classroom environment
- A degree (essential)
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirement for this role is a degree and at least 6 weeks' experience working or volunteering with children.
