Qualifications
- Hold QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrate experience differentiating creative writing, reading comprehension, and functional English.
- Use low stakes assessment, verbal feedback, and assistive tools (colored overlays, voice to text).
- Collaborate confidently with teaching assistants, speech therapists, and families.
- Possess an active DBS on the Update Service or commit to obtaining one.
