Description
As an Early Years Educator you will be the heartbeat of your playroom, nurturing curiosity, creativity and confidence in every child in your care. In a fast paced, ever evolving environment you will bring the N Curriculum to life through play, learning and meaningful connections while advancing your own career through training, coaching and resources.
Responsibilities
- Inspire learning through a play based N Curriculum
- Support smooth daily routines - from mealtimes to naptimes
- Create and implement development focused activity plans
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for your key children
- Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment
- Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice
- Collaborate, motivate and share ideas as a positive role model
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train
- Up to date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
- A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
- A team player with a can do attitude and positive mindset
- Confident communicator with a love for customer service

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week - 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
