Salary: £ 90 - £ 120 per day ( dependent on experience and qualifications)

We're currently seeking a strong, proactive Cover Supervisor to join a thriving secondary school in the Telford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and can maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of a classroom teacher.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 during short- term teacher absence.
Ensure students remain on task with the work set by the teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
Provide feedback to teaching staff about student progress and conduct.
Support a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in a school setting or working with young people ( desirable).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A calm, confident, and professional presence.
Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for education.
A degree or Level 3 qualification is advantageous but not essential.
