We're working with a genuinely lovely Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school looking for a full-time SEN HLTA to support pupils. This is an ASAP start, full-time role with real long-term potential. For the right HLTA, this could even turn permanent.

Your role
- Supporting pupils with SEN across EYFS and KS1, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to adapt learning and routines
- Helping pupils develop confidence, communication, and independence
- Being a consistent, nurturing presence during the most important early years
We're looking for someone who
- Has experience supporting children with SEN in a primary setting
- Is confident working across Reception, Year 1, and Year 2
- Brings patience, warmth, and a steady approach to the classroom
- Is proactive, reliable, and genuinely loves supporting young learners
HLTA qualification is ideal, but strong SEN experience and the right attitude are just as important.
