Your Responsibilities
- Academic Delivery: Deliver engaging, well constructed, and research informed lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Curriculum Stewardship: Contribute to collaboratively developed resources that prepare students for History at top tier universities and support Extended Project Qualifications (EPQs).
- Technological Integration: Utilise modern learning tools, including 1:1 iPad access for teachers and students, to enhance historical inquiry and digital literacy.
- Character Development: Act as a Form Tutor, championing core values of Respect, Resilience, and Honesty while nurturing a love of learning across the student body.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in bespoke coaching and training programmes, working with subject leaders to ensure great teaching remains the departmental norm.
