The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who havesevere learning difficulties and physical disabilities, ensuring they receive tailored support to thrive academically and socially.

As anSEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils with learning difficulties achieve their potential.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to:
- Provide1:1 and small-group supportto pupils withPMLD/SEN, assisting with mobility, communication, and personal care where needed.
- Support the teacher inadapting lessons and resourcesto meet individual needs.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
- Promote asafe, positive, and stimulatinglearning environment.
The idealSEN Teaching Assistant will:
- Haveexperience working with SEN/PMLD(preferred).
- Possess theRight to Work in the UK.
- Have anEnhanced Child DBSregistered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
- Demonstratepatience, adaptability, and resiliencewhen supporting pupils with complex needs.
