Oakley School is a growing all-through school on the edge of South Leamington, Warwickshire. We welcomed our first Year 7 cohort in September 2023 and our first Reception cohort in September 2024 and will continue to expand year on year as we develop towards a full Year 11 provision.
We are proud to offer a purpose built, modern learning environment designed to inspire and support every learner. Our facilities include a spacious primary hall, practical room, library, sports hall and activity studio, sports pitches, nursery provision, a dedicated SEND Specialist Resource Provision, a developing Forest School, and extensive outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils with additional needs and an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), working closely with the teacher, SENDCo, other TAs, external professionals and families.
- Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups, including pupils with additional needs.
- Assist with day to day classroom activities and help maintain a calm, respectful classroom environment reflecting the school values.
- Contribute to the school's nurturing ethos, promoting confidence, resilience and positive relationships, and supporting pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Help pupils build foundations for lifelong learning and enhance their educational experience, social development and confidence.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives and to join a forward thinking school where commitment, initiative and teamwork are valued.
