As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you'll gain hands on experience while working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you'll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you'll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver our 'learning through play' ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Learn and support our daily routine to ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
- Plan innovative, challenging learning experiences to support child development.
- Carry out high quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Support mealtime supervision in line with N's safety policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all areas throughout the day.
- Commit to the apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.
