As an Early Years Educator you'll be the heartbeat of your playroom - nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child in your care. You'll bring the N Curriculum to life through play, learning, and meaningful connections, while shaping young minds and developing your own career with industry leading training, coaching, and resources.
What You'll Be Doing
- Inspire learning through our play based N Curriculum
- Support smooth daily routines - from mealtimes to naptimes
- Create and implement development focused activity plans
- Carry out observations, assessments, and planning for key children
- Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
- Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and engaging at all times
- Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice
- Be a positive role model - collaborate, motivate, and share ideas
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train
- Up to date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
- Genuine passion for education and changing children's lives
- Team player with a can do attitude and positive mindset
- Confident communicator with love for customer service
