Trainee Teaching Assistant - Newcastle
£462.80 - £475 per week

Become a Trainee Teaching Assistant! No previous experience or qualifications necessary, just a love for helping others. Vision For Education is excited to provide a bespoke opportunity to support passionate people in entering the education sector.
After a successful interview and completing safeguarding and identity checks, you will be placed in a school in Newcastle Upon Tyne to develop your skills. Prior to starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive training programme delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders.
Teaching Assistants ensure the smooth running of any school. They support teachers during classroom teaching, run small group interventions, and work on a 1:1 basis to meet the needs of all children. Effective assistants build relationships with staff, children, and families, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
