We are looking for a Cover Supervisor on a day to day basis, with the possibility of long term roles for the right candidate. The Cover Supervisor will supervise classes across a range of subjects, deliver pre set work, manage classroom behaviour, and maintain a positive learning environment.
Qualities and experience required
- At least 6 months experience working within a UK education setting
- Experience managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A confident and adaptable approach to different classroom settings
- Ability to work independently and follow lesson plans effectively
- A proactive and flexible attitude
