Vision for Education is seeking a passionate SEND Teacher to join a specialist SEND provision in Birmingham. The successful candidate will inspire and support students with special educational needs and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support students with a range of learning difficulties, including ASD and SEMH
- Work collaboratively alongside support staff and therapists
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
- Experience working with SEND students (preferred)
- Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills

About You
To be considered for the SEND Teaching role, you will:
- Hold suitable qualifications, QTS/PGCE or relevant teaching experience
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check
