The Role

Responsibilities
- Provide visible, compassionate and inspirational leadership for pupils, staff and families
- Build upon the school's strong ethos of nurture, inclusion and ambition
- Lead high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development to ensure excellent outcomes for all children
- Develop a culture where children flourish academically, socially and emotionally
- Continue to strengthen relationships with families and the wider community
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across The Innovate2Educate Partnership to drive improvement and innovation
- Champion safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion at the heart of school life
- Lead the school confidently through its continued growth and development
We are looking for a Headteacher who:
- Is an experienced and effective senior leader with a passion for primary education
- Has a strong track record of improving outcomes and developing high-quality teaching and learning
- Leads with warmth, integrity and a strong moral purpose
- Values relationships, teamwork and community engagement
- Has the strategic vision and organisational skills to lead a growing school successfully
- Can inspire and develop staff, empowering others to achieve their best
- Has a commitment to inclusive practice and ensuring every child flourishes
