About the Role
The successful applicant will:
- Be timetabled across the primary phase
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to raise attainment, with a particular focus on our most vulnerable learners
- Support inclusion through high quality classroom practice, small group intervention and individual support
- Contribute positively to our caring, ambitious school culture

We are looking for someone who:
- Is committed to inclusion and pupil progress
- Communicates effectively with pupils, staff and families
- Works well as part of a team
- Has experience in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential)
- Has an ELSA qualification (desirable)
