Overview
Join our dedicated Early Years team as a skilled, motivated teaching assistant. The role is part time, term time only, and covers all duties outlined in the TA 3 job description, primarily within the Early Years. Salary is paid on a pro rata basis.
Essential Qualifications
- Grade A - C at GCSE or O Levels/CSE in English & Maths (equivalent to A - C GCSE)
- NVQ Level 3 or above qualification appropriate to the post (or equivalent)
Desirable Qualifications
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
Essential Experience
- Experience of working with children and ability to relate well to them
- Experience of leading teaching and learning throughout Early Years
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to relate well to parents/carers
- Ability to supervise and assist pupils
- Organisational skills
- Knowledge of classroom roles and responsibilities
- Experience of working in Early Years
