Job Description We are seeking a qualified and experienced Psychology Lecturer with assessment credentials to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering psychology-related modules and conducting professional assessments for students and/or children, particularly in areas related to developmental and educational psychology. Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures in psychology and/or special education (e.g., Developmental Psychology, Educational Psychology, Behavioural Intervention) Conduct psychological and developmental assessments (e.g., cognitive, behavioural, learning assessments) Prepare professional assessment and evaluation reports Guide and supervise students’ assignments, projects, and case studies Participate in curriculum development and academic planning Support academic and administrative functions of the institution Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred) Must possess a valid assessment license / certification, such as: Registered Psychologist / Educational Psychologist, or Certified in psychological or developmental assessment tools Proven experience in conducting assessments (e.g., IQ tests, developmental assessments, behavioural evaluations) Prior teaching experience (adult education or higher education preferred) Familiarity with special needs conditions such as ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties is an advantage Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Singapore-based institutions (e.g., hospitals, EIPIC centres, or private intervention centres) Familiarity with assessment tools such as: WISC / WPPSIVB-MAPPABLLS-RPECS Background in ABA or Early Intervention Employment Type Full-time or Part-time (flexible arrangements available) Salary * Competitive remuneration, commensurate with qualifications and experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
